SANGFOR HCI Support Renewal by Institute of Business Administration Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers and registered manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers for the provision and supply of SANGFOR HCI Support Renewal. This is a single-stage, one-envelope procurement process with a tender fee of Rs. 5,000. The tender is being conducted in Karachi, Sindh province, under reference IT/01/26-27 through the SPPRA e-procurement system. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities and include manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors or suppliers with valid tax registration. The bid security is fixed at 2 percent of the bid value and must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi. Tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal. Bidders must generate the tender fee challan from the IBA website and deposit it at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Sealed bids with supporting documents should be uploaded on the SPPRA EPADS platform at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/, and the original bid security and original signed bid must be physically delivered to IBA Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270 before the opening date. Bids will be opened on August 07, 2026 at 03:30 PM at the same venue in the presence of bidders' representatives.
