Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), under the Prime Minister's Office Islamabad, intends to conduct a public auction of surplus vehicles comprising 22 off-road vehicles and 7 motorcycles. The inventory includes Toyota Land Cruisers (2 units), Toyota Double Cabin pickups (3 units), Toyota Corolla (1 unit), Suzuki Jimny (8 units), Suzuki Cultus (4 units), Suzuki Mehran (1 unit), Suzuki Bolan (1 unit), Hondai Terecon (1 unit), Toyota Grace Van (1 unit), and Honda motorcycles (7 units). This auction is being held in Islamabad, the federal capital, to dispose of government assets through a transparent bidding process.
Bidders must present their original CNIC (national identity card) at the time of auction and submit earnest money in the form of pay orders or bank drafts. The required bid security amounts are Rs. 10,000 per motorcycle, Rs. 25,000 per vehicle up to 1300 cc engine capacity, and Rs. 50,000 per vehicle exceeding 1300 cc, all payable to NDMA. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25 percent of their bidding amount on the spot, with forfeiture of this advance if full payment is not deposited within three days. All outstanding token taxes and applicable government taxes remain the responsibility of the successful bidder.
Vehicle inspection is scheduled for 17th August, 2026 at NDMA headquarters in Islamabad. The auction will be conducted on 18th August, 2026 at 1500 hours (3:00 PM) at NDMA HQ, Islamabad. Registration documents and ownership transfer will be completed within 15 days of payment. The Auction Committee retains the absolute right to accept or reject any or all bids.
