DHA City Karachi invites Expressions of Interest from reputable and financially sound firms to design, supply, install, test and commission a complete MUSCO Sports Lighting System for night golfing facilities at Fairwind Golf Course and Country Club in Karachi, Sindh. The project encompasses lighting design for a driving range and nine-hole golf course, supply of genuine MUSCO equipment including poles, electrical distribution systems, feeder pillars, cabling and UPVC conduiting, along with associated civil works. The scope also includes system testing, commissioning, performance verification, training of operating personnel, submission of as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranty documentation and after-sales support services.
Interested firms must demonstrate proven expertise and successful track record in executing similar sports lighting projects. Bidders are required to possess relevant technical capability, qualified personnel, and demonstrated financial strength to undertake the complete assignment as per the prescribed Terms of Reference. The organisation seeks reputable companies with established credentials in MUSCO lighting system installations and comprehensive project delivery experience.
Detailed Terms of Reference may be obtained from the D&C Directorate office at DHA City Karachi during office hours commencing 04 August 2026 upon written request. Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the Deputy Director D&C Directorate on or before 18 August 2026. This EOI does not constitute a binding commitment to award any contract, and only shortlisted firms will be invited to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposal and tender stage.
