Supply of Miscellaneous Chemicals, Tools, Equipment and Detectors for Federal Organization

Seven separate tenders are being invited by the Head Procurement office in Islamabad on behalf of reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department. The tender notice invites sealed bids for seven distinct procurement items on a single-stage, one-envelope basis. The tenders cover miscellaneous chemicals, maintenance tools including hydraulic bearing pullers and shaft laser alignment tools, electrical testing equipment, stainless steel laboratory fixtures, high activity dose calibrators, temperature controllers and centrifuge tubes, and portable chemical and gas detectors. All tender items are for supply to Islamabad on a federal basis. Each tender carries an identical tender fee of Rs. 2,000 and a receiving date of 26-08-2026 with opening at 11:00 A.M. Tenderers must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and maintain own offices with telephone and fax facilities in Islamabad.

Eligibility requires that bidders be reputed manufacturers or authorized stockists with valid Sales Tax registration. Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of 02 percent of the total order value inclusive of GST in favor of the Director Finance. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted; payment must be by bank draft. The organization reserves the right to reject any or all quotations at any stage. Tender documents will not be issued to firms unable to supply stores against orders in the past.

Detailed specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained by submitting a written request on firm letterhead along with the bank draft for tender fee, addressed to the Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Tenders must be received by the postal deadline with the envelope super-scribed by tender number and date. Original bank drafts must be received one day before the opening date of 26-08-2026. Tender validity must be a minimum of 60 days from the opening date.
