Construction of Store & Living Room at Saddle Club by NUST

NUST (National University of Sciences and Technology) invites sealed bids for the construction of a store and living room at the Saddle Club located at NUST Campus in Sector H-12, Islamabad, Federal Pakistan. The project is a single-stage, single-envelope tender open to eligible contractors and firms registered with PPRA for e-procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS V2.0). Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS portal by 18 August 2026 at 1400 hours, with opening scheduled for 1430 hours the same day. Bidders are required to be registered with PPRA and comply with all e-procurement procedures outlined in the tender documents.

Tender processing fee and bid security, as specified in the tender documents, must be provided at the time of bid opening in the form of a pay order or bank draft made payable to Works Directorate NUST H-12, Islamabad. NUST reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance of any bid in accordance with rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
