The Anti Narcotics Force, Regional Directorate Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods as detailed in the bidding documents referenced P77995 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Interested bidders must register on the EPADS v2.0 portal to access complete bidding documents and participate in the procurement process.

All eligible bidders must submit sealed bids accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents, either in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Bidders are required to meet eligibility criteria outlined in the tender documents and possess valid registration and credentials as applicable to their business category. The evaluation will be conducted based on the criteria specified in the bidding documents, with emphasis on cost efficiency and compliance with specifications.

E-bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, August 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
