Description / Scope of Work
Allied Hospital-I Faisalabad, through its Maintenance and Repair Department, invites electronic tenders from registered engineering firms and contractors for the improvement and upgradation of the toilet block in the left side wing of the Male Doctor Hostel at the hospital premises located in Faisalabad, Punjab. The estimated contract value is Rs. 2,799,000 with a project duration of three months. This work is being tendered under the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System in accordance with relevant PPRA Rules (amended), requiring submission of detailed bills of quantities and item-wise rate calculations through the online portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
Eligible participants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category or codes and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website. Bidders are required to submit bid security at 2% of the estimated contract cost in the form of a bank draft, cheque demand receipt, or pay order from a scheduled bank payable to the Medical Superintendent, Allied Hospital-I, Faisalabad. Original earnest money deposits, registered power of attorney documents, and letterheads must be physically submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent up to 11:00 AM on the tender opening date. Conditional bids or those lacking proper bid security will not be entertained. Any submission of fake documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting from future procurement processes at Allied Hospital-I.
Tender documents containing the Detailed Notice Inviting Tender must be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement website where the bill of quantities is available for review. Bids must be uploaded by 24 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Financial bids will be downloaded from the website and opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, Allied Hospital-I, Jail Road opposite RTO, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad. All contractors are required to comply strictly with PPRA Rules and applicable circulars. In case of a public holiday on the scheduled opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted under Chapter-X, Serial No. 67 of the PPRA Act for dispute resolution.
