The University of Jhang invites sealed bids for the provision of canteen, cafeteria, tuck shop and stationery photocopy shop services on its campus located in Chiniot Road, Jhang, Punjab. Two lots are being tendered separately: Lot 1 covers rental of canteen, cafeteria and tuck shop facilities with a bid security of Rs. 80,000, while Lot 2 covers rental of stationery and photocopy shop with a bid security of Rs. 15,000. The tender is advertised under reference FY2026-27/02 and follows electronic procurement procedures as mandated by PPRA Punjab. Interested bidders must submit complete technical and financial proposals through the e-Procurement Punjab portal.
Eligibility requirements include that applicants must be registered proprietors of established companies or firms, hold valid NTN and PRA certificates, and provide copies of the proprietor's CNIC. Bidders must not be blacklisted at PPRA or suspended from any government, semi-government, autonomous bodies or public sector universities. Bid security must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favour of the Vice Chancellor, University of Jhang. All offered prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes and quoted exclusively in Pakistani rupees. The contractor bears responsibility for all electricity bills within the operational area or must operate using their own power source at their own cost.
Bids must reach the Purchase Office by 25 August 2026 at 12:00 PM. Tender opening will occur on the same date at 12:30 PM in the Admin Block committee room at University of Jhang. Rent is payable quarterly in advance via crossed cheque within seven working days of contract execution. Bids remain valid for 120 days from opening date. Bidders must submit an affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting status and provide any samples or manufacturers' literature when required.
