Call Deposit Submission: Interested parties must submit call deposits (specified per lot) from any scheduled bank in Peshawar, payable to the Director General, Peshawar Development Authority, latest by one day prior to the auction date.
Regulations: The auction will follow PDA Auction Regulations-2021 (as amended in 2024).
Payment Schedule (Initial 35%): The highest bidder must deposit 35% of the total bid amount into the PDA account within 10 days of receiving bid approval. Non-payment within 10 days leads to cancellation and forfeiture of the call deposit.
Final Payment Schedule (65% Balance): The remaining 65% balance must be paid within 2 months (60 days) from the issuance date of the offer/allotment letter. Failure to pay within 60 days results in withdrawal of the offer and forfeiture of deposited funds.
Call Deposit Refunds: Call deposits of the top 3 highest bidders will be retained for 14 days. All other call deposits will be returned immediately at the conclusion of auction proceedings.
