For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a one-off sale of a 1,140 sq ft luxury apartment in prime Clifton, Karachi—a high-value residential property.
The bidding process is formal with sealed bids, 2% security deposit, and professional handling through a major hospital trust. The tight closing timeline (July 13, 2026) and requirement to inspect the property in person before bidding mean serious buyers must act immediately. No construction or professional licensing appears required; this is open to qualified individual and corporate buyers.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify registration, PEC, SECP or NTN requirements. Typically, property purchases in Pakistan require national identity verification and tax compliance; corporate bidders would typically need SECP registration and valid NTN. Local and foreign nationals are generally eligible unless the trust's detailed terms exclude certain categories.
