Description / Scope of Work
NADRA RHO Multan (EMD) invites sealed bids for the procurement of private lands required for establishment of NADRA offices at 13 locations across the Multan region in Punjab. This procurement is planned under FY 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for eligible payments under the contract. The project involves identifying and acquiring suitable private properties to support NADRA's operational expansion in the Multan region, with all procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids will be evaluated using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement follows all regulatory guidelines and instructions issued by the procurement authority.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/67940. Sealed e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, August 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
