Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Kasur, operating under the Local Government and Community Development Department of the Government of Punjab, invites sealed bids through the E-PADS platform for the construction of bus stops shelter and green bus stops at Municipal Committee Kasur. The project has an estimated cost of Rs. 13.00 Million and is part of the approved development schemes for the financial year 2026-27, with implementation from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. This work is open to all eligible bidders registered on E-PADS for the current financial year with valid Pakistan Engineering Council licensing of the respective category.
Contractors must be registered on E-PADS with current year PEC licenses and must submit bids accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 0.65 Million) in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Pay order from any scheduled bank in Punjab. Successful bidders are required to furnish a Performance Guarantee of 10% of estimated cost within 15 days of tender opening, failing which their tender will be cancelled and considered non-responsive. Incomplete and unfilled bids will not be entertained, and quoted rates must be item-wise.
Bid documents are available free of cost from https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ and must be submitted through E-PADS at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ by 10:30 A.M. PST on August 27, 2026. Bids will be opened at 12:00 P.M. PST on the same day at the office of Municipal Committee Kasur. The successful bidder must execute an agreement on government stamp paper within seven days of receiving the acceptance letter. Fake or forged documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting.
