Description / Scope of Work
MEPCO (Multan Electric Power Company) invites competitive bids for the procurement of hardware material (goods) under tender reference PMU-29/2026-27. This is a national level procurement conducted through a single-stage two-envelope bidding process. The procurement is managed by the Manager Procurement (PMU) office within the Chief Engineer (Development) division, headquartered at Khanewal Road, Multan in Punjab Province. Detailed specifications and quantity requirements for the hardware material are provided in the items and lot specification section of the bidding document.
Bidders must satisfy the stated eligibility criteria to qualify for evaluation. Bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration as specified in the contract documents. The procurement process follows the general and special conditions of contract outlined in the standard bidding document. All bidders are required to execute an integrity pact and provide a performance guarantee form upon contract award. Financial capacity and past experience of bidders will be evaluated as part of the qualification process.
