Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for the provision of repair and maintenance services for medical and laboratory equipment at RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree for the financial year 2026-27. This is an annual tender covering ongoing equipment maintenance and repair requirements across two healthcare facilities in the Federal region. The procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024, with bids to be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid National ID Card (NADRA), possess minimum one year of documented experience supplying to government or autonomous institutions, provide a valid National Tax Number, General Sales Tax certificate, and Professional Tax certificate. A technical proposal on company letterhead (without pricing) is mandatory. Bid security equivalent to two percent of the estimated cost must be submitted through PSID on the e-Procurement platform in the form of bank draft, guarantee, call deposit receipt, or banker's cheque in the name of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology. An affidavit on stamped paper must confirm the bidder's commitment to providing the required services as per demand.
