For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

A registered pharmacy is sought for recurring day-to-day supply of medicines and medical devices to a teaching hospital in Narowal over 16 months.
This is a vendor registration tender, not a single purchase — successful bidders will supply on an ongoing basis at fixed minimum discounts (6–15 percent depending on product category). The short bidding deadline (31 August 2026) and location radius constraint (10 km) limit competition geographically. Performance guarantee of Rs 50,000 is required upfront. Suitable for established pharmacies with local presence and existing wholesale relationships.
Who can bid: Applicants must hold a valid Form 9 Drug Sale License from the competent authority and have at least one year of documented experience selling drugs, medicines, medical devices or surgical items. The pharmacy must be situated within 10 kilometres of the hospital (extendable to 20 km with justification). Typically, vendors are also expected to hold NTN and other regulatory registrations, though the notice does not explicitly state these.
