NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore invites sealed bids for the auction of BER admin store items under tender reference NADRA-RHO LHR-RFB/2026/Auction-10. The auction is open to eligible registered businesses and individuals seeking to purchase surplus administrative store inventory held at the Regional Head Office located at 73-Trade Center, M.A Johar Town, Lahore, Punjab. All items will be offered as a single lot to the highest qualified bidder meeting basic eligibility and responsiveness criteria. The procurement scope and estimated value are subject to the items available in the BER admin store inventory.
Bidders must hold valid Sales Tax Registration and National Tax Number (NTN) certificates, demonstrate active taxpayer status through supporting documentation, and provide a fresh undertaking on legal paper confirming no history of blacklisting or contract non-performance with NADRA. All required eligibility documents must be complete and attached with the auction bid submission. The Procurement Board reserves the right to reject any bid found missing mandatory documentation or failing to meet basic responsiveness requirements.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the Regional Head Office, and financial bids from eligible and responsive bidders will be evaluated using highest bid as the selection criterion. In case of identical bids from multiple bidders, preference will be awarded to the bidder with greater taxpayer experience.
