Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Transmission Headquarter in Faisalabad, Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of goods under tender reference FST/TE/050/26 with procurement reference P91039 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available in the e-bidding documents accessible through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders should carefully review the eligibility criteria and evaluation criteria outlined in the bidding documents to ensure compliance with all requirements.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM.
