Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of sanitation and cleanliness consumable items required for the university hostel in Rawalpindi, Punjab. This is a framework contract with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,531,552 covering a range of consumable hygiene and sanitation products to be supplied on a quarterly basis. The procurement is open to economically sound and established firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities. Interested bidders must be active tax filers with current certificates from the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and are required to submit bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Bidders must provide evidence of business experience, including the number of years in operation and office locations, along with documentation of similar sanitation supply contracts provided to other organizations. A bid security of Rs. 30,631 (2% of the estimated cost) must be submitted online in favor of the Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University.
