Description / Scope of Work
The Ghizer Forest Division, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, is inviting sealed tenders for two separate construction and landscaping projects at Koloharang Forest Recreational Park in Ishkoman District, Ghizer. The first work involves construction of an artificial lake with evergreen plantation on government land, with earnest money of PKR 25,064 and tender document cost of PKR 4,000. The second project concerns development of a horticultural camping site for one kanal at the same location, requiring earnest money of PKR 38,121 and tender cost of PKR 4,000. Both tenders will be opened on 3rd September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The tender notice is published under single stage one-envelope procedure in compliance with GB PPRA Rules, 2022.
Eligibility is restricted to registered government contractors and firms enrolled under Pakistan Engineering Council with current 2026-27 registration and renewal certification. Bidders must hold a valid CNIC, possess a No Litigation and No Sick Court Case certificate from C&W and W&P departments, and demonstrate prior experience in architectural design and recreational park landscaping. Critically, the firm owner must be a PACPT (Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners) registered architect under PACTP Ordinance IX of 1983, and a certified copy of the architect's registration must be submitted. Earnest money must be deposited as a call deposit receipt in the name of the Divisional Forest Officer from any scheduled bank of Pakistan.
Bidding documents will be issued only upon production of original receipts for 2026-27 registration, CNIC, Pakistan Engineering Council certification, No Litigation certificate, and earnest money deposit receipt. Interested bidders must submit applications personally or through authorized representatives bearing a duly attested Power of Attorney. Bids must be received by 11:30 AM on 3rd September 2026; late submissions will not be entertained. In case of gazette or local holidays, tender opening shall be rescheduled to the next working day at the same time without further notice.
