Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company–Lahore Division invites technical and financial proposals for the supply and installation of an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system at the CCTV surveillance room of the Model Cattle Market in Lahore. The estimated procurement value is Rs. 3,600,000, and the scope encompasses complete supply, installation, and commissioning of the UPS equipment to ensure continuous power availability for critical CCTV surveillance infrastructure. The work is located at the Model Cattle Market Admin Block, 9-Km Main Multan Road, Lahore.
Bidders must be registered companies, firms, or sole proprietors with valid Income Tax Registration Certificate (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN). A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally via 1link or Bank Guarantee options through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal before the deadline. Technical and financial proposals must be complete; incomplete submissions will not be evaluated. Submission of any false information or forged documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting from all PCMMDC-Lahore Division procurement processes, with referral to PPRA for further action.
Bidding documents are available for immediate download from the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ and the PPRA website. All signed, stamped proposals must be submitted electronically through the eP portal on or before August 25, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. at the Model Cattle Market Admin Block in the presence of the tender opening committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened on a subsequently announced date. The bid validity period is 90 days from the submission deadline.
