Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Daanish Schools & Centers of Excellence Authority invites electronic bids from manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and sellers of bedding items registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for a framework contract procurement under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The tender comprises two lots: Lot 1 covers white sheets and bed sheets with pillow covers valued at approximately PKR 24.214 million, and Lot 2 covers quilts, mattresses and pillows valued at approximately PKR 32.723 million. The successful bidder will supply these items to 20 Daanish Schools located across Punjab including facilities at Rahim Yar Khan, Hasilpur, Chishtian, Piplaan, Jand, Dera Ghazi Khan, Fazilpur, Mailsi, Mankera and Taunsa. The framework contract will be concluded with the head office, while individual purchase orders will be issued by school principals as per head office authorization, with delivery of goods required at the respective school locations.
Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments of Pakistan. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated amount is required for each lot, payable online through PSID generation on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted entirely online through the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login in compliance with Government of Punjab and PPRA policy. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial bids along with all supporting documentary evidence and undertakings as detailed in the bidding documents.
Bidding documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, Punjab E-Procurement System and PDS & CEA website www.daanishschools.punjab.edu.pk. The deadline for bid submission is Thursday, 3 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids to be opened on the same day at 11:50 AM through the Punjab E-Procurement System.
