For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
IBA seeks quotations for dining crockery supplies for its Karachi campus — a small-scale procurement involving approximately 628 items across seven categories.
Notably, mugs are IBA-branded and require porcelain imports; all items demand sample submission and approval before order confirmation. Payment is post-delivery by cheque, and the tight two-day deadline (18 to 20 August) suggests this may be a one-off requirement rather than a recurring contract. Bidders should factor in 2% monthly penalty on late delivery.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state registration or licensing requirements. Typically, suppliers of crockery and dining items in Pakistan must be registered with SECP or have NTN from FBR. Suppliers of imported porcelain items may require relevant import documentation. No PEC registration appears required for this goods-supply tender.
