Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Board of Revenue, Chief Commissioner-IR Regional Tax Office in Hyderabad invites electronic bids for the procurement of uniforms articles through single stage one envelope competitive bidding process in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The scope covers supply of uniforms articles as detailed in the tender document. Bidding is open to experienced and registered firms capable of fulfilling the supply requirements. Interested bidders must be appearing on the Active Taxpayer List of Income Tax and Sales Tax issued by Federal Board of Revenue, Government of Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must register themselves at ePADS (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk) before submitting bids electronically. Applicants should be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax filings where applicable. A bank draft or pay order of 2 percent of the quoted price inclusive of taxes must accompany each bid in favour of Chief Commissioners, Regional Tax Office, Hyderabad as earnest money. All kinds of taxes will be deducted in accordance with the law.
Electronic bidding documents are available on ePADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk and FBR's website www.fbr.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through ePADS on or before 08.09.2026 by 11:00 AM, to be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room, Regional Tax Office, Hyderabad via ePADS. Bidders must attach an affidavit on stamp paper stating the firm has not been blacklisted and no suit has been filed against any government department. All proposals should include company profile, list of projects handled, client references with telephone numbers, and copy of Active Taxpayer List certificate.
