For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
The Centre is procuring a broad range of food items (dry goods, dairy, fresh produce, proteins, bakery inputs) via electronic competitive bidding.
Scale appears medium-to-large based on the diversity of categories and likely institutional volume; this is recurring supply (not one-off), typical of centre operations. The 2026 closing date suggests adequate preparation time. E-Pak regulations and EPADS submission mandate digital capability. Bidders should note food safety compliance is a stated requirement, and NTN registration is mandatory.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid National Tax Number (NTN) registration. E-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023 apply; suppliers should typically hold relevant food handling and business licenses and demonstrate capacity for reliable supply. No PEC registration specified; this is a supply (non-works) contract. SECP registration (if a company) is typically expected.
