State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Faisalabad Western Zone, a Federal Government owned autonomous corporation, invites electronic quotations through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure for the supply and installation of air conditioning units at its office located at 10-C Aqsa Mall, Kohinoor City, Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad. The procurement comprises 09 numbers of 02-ton floor standing full DC inverter air conditioners with advanced cooling performance, R-410 gas, smart Wi-Fi control, and energy-saving capabilities up to 70 percent, along with 10 numbers of 1.5-ton wall-hanging air conditioners featuring T3 compressor technology, Wi-Fi function, and extended warranty of 5 years all parts and up to 10 years compressor warranty. The total estimated contract value is PKR 6,000,000. Both categories of units must be installed without additional cost at the delivery address upon issuance of purchase order.
Bidders must be well-experienced and reputed GST and Income Tax registered firms, manufacturers, dealers, or suppliers at both Federal and Provincial levels, possessing their own office. Bid security of 03 percent of estimated cost must be deposited as CDR, banker cheque, or demand draft. The successful bidder shall submit a performance guarantee equivalent to 03 percent of the actual or estimated contract amount. Mandatory supporting documents include company profile, experience certificates, managerial capacity statements, financial position documentation, and active STN number. Technical evaluation criteria allocate 30 marks for qualification based on company experience, financial turnover, managerial capacity, relevant work experience with existing clients, and last three years income tax and sales tax returns.
