Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers of manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for the provision and supply of Smart LED TVs under tender reference ME/02/26-27. This single-stage one-envelope procurement is being conducted under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 framework. Bidders must be registered with tax authorities and maintain active taxpayer status to qualify for participation in this procurement initiative at IBA's Main Campus in Karachi, Sindh.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with relevant tax authorities (SECP, FBR, or applicable regulatory body). A bid security of 2 percent of the bid amount, submitted as a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi, is mandatory. Tender documents are available for download from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and the SPPRA EPADS portal. The tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must be paid through a challan generated from the IBA website and deposited at any Meezan Bank Ltd branch.
Bid documents, including copies of bid security and supporting documents, must be uploaded on the SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/ between 09:00 AM on August 13, 2026 and 03:00 PM on August 28, 2026. Original bid security and the duly signed and stamped original bid must be physically delivered to IBA, Main Campus, Karachi University Enclave, Karachi-75270, before the bid opening on August 28, 2026 at 03:30 PM.
