Description / Scope of Work
SSGC (PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT) is procuring components for G-1.6 Gas Meter Index Name Plate Reel under tender reference SSGC/LP/EPADS2/NR/2179271 (P85231). This is a goods procurement for FY 2026-27 from eligible bidders registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The procurement will be conducted using Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Bidders must submit sealed bids accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must be prepared in accordance with the e-Bidding Documents available on EPADS v2.0. Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. The procurement is conducted in accordance with PPRA regulations and guidelines.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual bid submission is not entertained.
