KPEZDMC seeks a senior advocate with dual expertise in corporate and public sector law for a one-year renewable retainership covering advising on SEZ operations, PPP arrangements, investment disputes, and regulatory compliance across KPK.
The role demands immediate availability for board meetings, government liaison and contract negotiations. Minimum ten years practice and five years High Court experience are mandatory; candidates with Supreme Court practice and reported judgments in corporate or constitutional law hold significant advantage. This is a continuous engagement likely to generate regular advisory demand across multiple legal domains rather than a discrete project.
Who can bid: Applicants must be LL.B. holders recognized by HEC with current High Court advocacy credentials, minimum ten years legal practice (five years as High Court Advocate), and demonstrated experience in corporate, commercial, company, contract, constitutional, civil, labor, land acquisition and arbitration law. Experience advising government departments or public sector organizations is preferred. The notice does not specify bidder registration requirements; typically for legal professional services in Pakistan, valid Bar Council registration and active license are mandatory prerequisites.
