Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Government Organization (FGO), AJK Regional HQs, Muzaffarabad, Intelligence Bureau (IB) Division invites pre-qualification applications from national suppliers for the procurement of stationery items. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 with funds already reserved for the contract execution. The procurement reference is P74530, and upon successful pre-qualification and subsequent bidding, a contract will be signed with the selected bidder(s) for on-demand supply of stationery to the organization's office in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
The pre-qualification process is open to all national applicants who meet the eligibility requirements specified in the pre-qualification documents. Interested applicants must demonstrate their technical and financial capacity to supply stationery items as detailed in the procurement notice. All applications must be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided and must comply with the qualification criteria outlined in the pre-qualification data sheet and evaluation criteria sections.
Applications must be submitted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) on or before Thursday, September 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened following submission, and only pre-qualified applicants will be invited to participate in the subsequent bidding process.
