For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a small-scale landscaping and plant maintenance contract for a single government office building in Lahore, renewable on annual basis if performance is satisfactory.
The bid security requirement is modest at Rs. 200,000. The tender specifies a September 2026 deadline, providing approximately 9 months lead time. A key requirement is active taxpayer status with both federal and provincial tax authorities—many SME contractors may lack Punjab Revenue Authority registration, potentially narrowing the field. The scope appears limited to routine horticultural care rather than capital works.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List and the Punjab Revenue Authority taxpayers list. No PEC category is stated as this is not construction work. Firms with tax defaults or unresolved liabilities are ineligible. Typically, landscape maintenance firms also require provincial business registration.
