Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Services Company, Kohat (WSSC Kohat), a government organization under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders for annual maintenance and repair of tube wells transformers, external electrification and voltage regulators within its jurisdiction for the financial year 2026-27. The work covers all tube wells operated by WSSC Kohat in Kohat district. Tenders are invited on a percentage above or below basis up to two decimal digits on engineering cost estimates prepared under the Market Rate System (MRS) 2025. The procurement follows single-stage, two-envelope bidding methodology in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must hold PEC registration in codes EE-05 (Electrical Engineering), EE-11 (Electrical Engineering), and ME-07 (Mechanical Engineering). All bidders must be registered with relevant taxation authorities including Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Bid security of 2 percent of the engineering cost estimate must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Water and Sanitation Services Kohat, with a mandatory affidavit in the technical bid confirming CDR placement in the financial bid.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the KPPRA website and WSSC Kohat official website www.wssck.org.pk for information purposes. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 28 August 2026 at 11:30 AM at the WSSC Kohat office, House No. 14, Sector 4, Kotal Township (KDA), Kohat. Bidders must upload technical and financial bids separately on the KP ePADS e-procurement platform; physical sealed copies of all required documents must reach the Chief Executive Officer's office on or before 8 September 2026 at 11:00 AM.
