Description / Scope of Work
The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi), Assistant Cantt Engineer, invites sealed bids for the procurement of routine chemistry laboratory items for the fiscal year 2026-27, designated as project reference P90004. This is a national-level procurement of goods using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement is intended to supply chemistry laboratory consumables and items for government healthcare operations in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The bidding process will be conducted entirely through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) v2.0, with all bids submitted electronically. Interested vendors must be registered on the ePADS platform to participate.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the bidding documents, either in the form of a call deposit or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the tender documents. Eligible bidders are those registered on ePADS v2.0 and meeting the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents.
