For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is an annual recurring tender for routine stationery and office supplies serving a federal government department, indicating stable demand and potentially multi-year supply opportunities.
The exclusive use of electronic bidding on EPADS and the short submission window (approximately three weeks from document publication) suggests a streamlined process favoring vendors with existing digital infrastructure and EPADS registration. Scale appears medium based on scope of consumables; margins are typically competitive in government stationery contracts. Bidders should ensure EPADS registration is current well before the deadline.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Typically, suppliers of stationery and office goods require registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for NTN, and may require relevant trade registration. The notice does not specify PEC or other licensing requirements, but vendors should verify current eligibility criteria through EPADS or contact the Cabinet Division directly.
