This is a dual-lot generator procurement totalling six units across two capacity tiers (1250 kVA and 250 kVA) for a public health institution in Peshawar.
Combined bid securities of PKR 4,000,000 indicate significant contract value. The tight timeline (pre-bid September 1, close September 17) leaves limited mobilization window. Bidders must be FBR-registered OEMs or authorized agents with EPADS credentials; supply, installation and commissioning are bundled in a single contract. Recurring maintenance or support contracts are not mentioned, suggesting one-off capital procurement.
Who can bid: Only eligible bidders are FBR-registered manufacturers, authorized distributors, or OEM agents, reflecting on the Active Tax Payer List and registered with EPADS. No PEC registration mentioned; however, installation and commissioning typically require technical credentials. Foreign bidders must meet Pakistan's procurement rules under KP-PPRA.
