This is an annual service contract for Dell server support and maintenance at a government education board.
The detailed scope is in the full bidding documents. Notably, eligibility barriers are substantial: bidders need three-year audited accounts showing minimum Rs.28 million turnover, plus six specific ISO certifications, PEC registration, PSEB certificate, and three separate tax/regulatory registrations. These requirements suggest the Board seeks an established, formal IT service provider rather than smaller operators. The Rs.280,000 bid security is material. Completion timelines are stated as minimum two weeks with flexibility.
Who can bid: Bidders must register with EPADS, FBR, and SRB; hold PSEB Certificate and Pakistan Engineering Council registration; possess ISO 9001, 27001, 14001, 45001, 20000 and 10002 certifications; and demonstrate three-year audited turnover of at least Rs.28 million. These are mandatory as explicitly stated; no alternative qualification paths are mentioned.
