Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites competitive bids for the supply and installation of electrical and mechanical parts required to establish a mechanical workshop at the Power House of SSGC Karachi Terminal in Sindh province. The project scope encompasses all electrical and mechanical equipment, fixtures and installation services necessary to operationalize the workshop facility. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and is advertised under reference P90400. The work is classified as non-consultancy services and will be conducted through the single-stage, one-envelope open competitive bidding process using least cost-based selection methodology in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and shall submit bids exclusively through the electronic procurement platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, bank guarantee, or bid securing declaration on the prescribed format. Bidders are expected to possess relevant technical capacity and compliance with SSGC's requirements. No manual or paper-based bid submissions will be accepted under any circumstances.
Bid documents containing detailed specifications, scope of work, price schedules and general and special conditions of contract are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/90400. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
