Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety (PASS), Government of Pakistan, invites bids for the procurement of computer stationery items during the financial year 2026-27. This tender is issued under reference F.No. 7-12/2026(G) and covers annual supply of computer stationery materials to support ministry operations. Bidders must have offices or stocks physically located in Rawalpindi or Islamabad to facilitate timely delivery and ongoing supply management throughout the fiscal year.
Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers, or general order suppliers registered with the Income and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL). All bidders are required to submit a refundable bid security of Rs. 35,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of the Section Officer (General), M/o PASS, as per PPRA Rule 25. Government applicable taxes at submission are excluded from the bid security amount, though all taxes will be applied to quoted rates at the time of supply or work order issuance.
Bidding documents containing the complete list of items, specifications, and detailed terms and conditions are available on the EPADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and the websites of M/o PASS and PPRA. Interested bidders must register on EPADS and submit bids electronically; no manual or hard copy bids will be accepted. The purchase committee will publicly open all tender bids according to PPRA Rule 13(1) at the Committee Room on the 4th Floor of the Evacuee Complex, F-5/1, Islamabad. The committee retains the right to reject all proposals at any time before bid acceptance in accordance with PPRA Rule 33.
