Description / Scope of Work
The INCHARGE HR & ADMIN SARGODHA ZONE (HRA&P) of State Life Insurance Company invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of furniture, fixtures, split air conditioners (1.5 and 2.0 ton capacity) and dot matrix printers under reference P92647 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a national-level procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) following the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement employs a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bid documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/92647 and bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, demand draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must meet eligibility criteria outlined in the tender documents and demonstrate financial capacity and past experience with completed contracts in related procurements. The bidding process requires submission of required procurement forms including past experience documentation and financial capacity evaluation.
Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with e-bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bid submission will not be entertained.
