For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PSPC seeks 1000 reams of two-sided white coated cover paper matching a provided sample—a straightforward materials supply contract with clear specifications.
Scale appears small to medium, typical for corporate consumables. The single-envelope format and tight August deadline suggest PSPC intends a quick award; local suppliers or regional distributors holding similar stock are advantaged. No technical complexity, but strict compliance documentation (blacklist affidavit, integrity pact, NDA, HSE undertaking) indicates PSPC operates formal procurement controls.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN registration, must not appear on PSPC blacklist (certified by affidavit), and must comply with Code of Conduct requirements. The notice does not specify PEC category or industry-specific registration; typically for goods supply contracts, only general business registration and tax compliance are required by Pakistani government entities.
