Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Tax Office, Hyderabad (Inland Revenue) has reserved funds for FY 2026-27 and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of office stationery goods. This national-level procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement covers the supply of various office stationery items required for the office operations in Hyderabad, Sindh, and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The bidding documents contain comprehensive terms and conditions, detailed specifications of required items, evaluation criteria, and contract terms. Bidders are expected to meet all eligibility criteria and provide necessary documentation as outlined in the procurement documents.

Sealed e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
