For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NGC is procuring consultancy for complex high-voltage transmission line rerouting to accommodate the Sukkur–Hyderabad Motorway project—a large-scale infrastructure intervention in Sindh.
The engagement requires specialist expertise in EHV transmission design and route surveying. This is a single consultancy contract rather than a framework, with a compressed submission timeline (approximately two months from publication to deadline). Success depends on demonstrating prior experience with similar voltage-class transmission projects and qualified engineering staff capable of site surveying and CADD-based design work.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. Typically, consultancy firms must hold valid SECP registration, possess current NTN and valid tax status, and demonstrate relevant professional engineering credentials and prior transmission line design projects. Any restrictions specific to this tender are stated in the full bidding document available on EPADS.
