Description / Scope of Work
The Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU) of the Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of miscellaneous IT equipment. The total estimated value of this procurement is PKR 30.609 million. The tender is being conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) on an item-wise basis, with bids to be submitted and opened in Lahore. The procurement scope encompasses various IT equipment requirements for departmental operations, and bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments to participate in this competitive bidding process.
Eligible bidders must be firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities. Joint ventures and consortiums are permitted as per the tender guidelines. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the total estimated amount, which will be returned to unsuccessful bidders upon completion of the procurement process. All bids must be accompanied by required documents as specified in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted through the digital banking facility available in the Punjab E-Procurement System by generating the PSID and depositing the security amount through prescribed banking channels. Incomplete bids, conditional bids, and bids without specified bid security will be rejected outright.

Bids must be submitted on or before September 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The bid validity period is 120 days.
