Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Building Department (North Zone) invites item-rate tenders for improvement, revitalization and upgradation of the TDCP Tourist Resort at Kallar Kahar in District Chakwal, Punjab. This is a capital development project with an estimated cost of PKR 619.375 million and a completion period extending until 15 June 2027. The scope encompasses comprehensive revitalization works at this tourist destination resort facility. Contractors and firms currently enlisted or renewed with PEC in the relevant category for the financial year 2026-27 are eligible to participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost (PKR 30.969 million) must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal; no physical financial instruments including call deposit receipts will be accepted. Only electronically submitted bid security through the designated system will be considered valid in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. The system will reject any bid submission unless the required PSID is generated and prescribed bid security is deposited.
E-bids must be submitted online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 09 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM.
