Municipal Committee Kameer invites sealed item rate tenders for construction and laying of tuff tile at Mohallah Hajiabad, Kameer, Punjab. The estimated cost of the project is PKR 9,330,646 with an earnest money requirement of PKR 491,532. This procurement is being conducted under PPRA rules in accordance with TS rates as per MRS 2nd Bi-annual 2026. The work falls under the Municipal Committee's infrastructure development programme for the financial year 2026-27 and is aimed at improving road and street infrastructure in the locality.
Only contractors, firms and suppliers registered with local governments and holding valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration in the relevant category are eligible to participate. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cutting, overwritten and doubtful bids shall be rejected.
Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and the PPRA website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/Active (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/). Bid submission deadline is 10 September 2026 at 12:00 pm. Bids will be opened on 10 September 2026 at 1:00 pm at the Municipal Committee Kameer office in the presence of available bidders or their authorized representatives. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to approval and acceptance of rates. Successful bidder will be notified of the time period for work completion via work order.
