A two-month groundwater infrastructure project worth approximately Rs 3 million in Balochistan's Sibi District.
The work involves tube well drilling and installation at a railway facility—typically straightforward civil execution for qualified contractors. Tight completion timeline and mandatory PEC CE-06 license with active tax registration are key barriers; the earnest money requirement of Rs 59,258 is modest relative to contract value, suggesting manageable financial entry.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold fresh/renewed PEC license CE-06 with CE-09 specialization code, be registered with Sales & Income Tax Department, and be active on FBR's Active Taxpayers List. Firms must submit proof of all registrations and tax clearance. Standard PEC engineering contractor requirements apply.
