Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed electronic bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors for maintenance coating of storage tanks (TK-407, 412, 413, and Fire Water Tank), terminal piping and valves required at PSO Keamari Terminal in Karachi, Sindh. The tender is referenced as OP-19921-SR and will be conducted using a Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents will be available exclusively through the SAP Ariba Portal from 24 August 2026 to 09 September 2026, with bid collection and submission hours between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. The bid submission deadline is 09 September 2026 at 02:15 PM, and bid opening through SAP Ariba will commence at 03:00 PM on the same date.
Eligible contractors must possess a valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) Certificate in C-5 or above category in the relevant field of specialization. Bidders must have adequate past relevant experience and demonstrated financial capabilities to execute the work. Interested vendors without an Ariba Network ID are required to register themselves on the SAP Ariba Portal at https://tenderpso.com.pk:8022/ to access and participate in this tender. Bidders should submit a scanned copy of a duly signed and stamped request letter on their official letterhead, clearly mentioning 'Tender Documents Collection Request – Tender No. OP-19921-SR' as the subject.
