603 Base Workshop Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, located in Lahore Cantonment, Punjab, invites open competitive bids for the supply of expendable and paint items required for the financial year 2026–27. The procurement is conducted under Rule 21 of the PPRA Procurement Rules 2004 and encompasses various consumable supplies and paint products, with detailed specifications and item lists provided in the attached excel sheet. Bids must follow the Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure, with technical and financial proposals submitted in separately marked envelopes and accompanying soft copies on CD. The last date for quotation submission is 11 September 2026 at 1100 hours, with technical proposals opening immediately at 1130 hours the same day. Technically qualified firms will subsequently be invited for financial proposal opening. All documents must be stamped and signed by an authorised representative. Advance samples are required to assess quality and functionality before bulk supply.
