The Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, General Headquarters, located in Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the supply of various furniture items under Tender Notice 03/2026-27. An affidavit confirming the bidder has never been blacklisted by any government department or organization is mandatory. Bid security of Rs 300,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order favoring the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, General Headquarters, is required; quotations without bid security will not be entertained. For successful bidders, the security money shall be converted to a security deposit retained until 31 October 2026, while unsuccessful bidders receive their security returned after contract finalization. All bids must be complete and partial or incomplete submissions will be rejected.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before 10 September 2026 at 1100 hours at the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, General Headquarters, R.A. Bazar, Rawalpindi, and shall be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of available bidders. Bids received after the closing time will not be entertained. Bidders may request samples be provided before the Purchase Committee if demanded.
