Description / Scope of Work
The Economic Wing of the Embassy of Pakistan, Washington, D.C. invites sealed bids from eligible and established furniture suppliers and dealers for the supply, delivery, assembly and installation of office furniture for the Office of the Economic Minister. The procurement covers one sofa set, one coffee table, two side/end tables, one executive desk set with drawers, file cabinet and hutch, one executive/office chair, and four armchairs. The tender is issued under reference F.No. EM-1/8/2007 and will be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure as prescribed by Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The award will be made to the lowest evaluated total price among substantially responsive bids for the complete package.
