Description / Scope of Work
CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for procurement of miscellaneous aviation ground support equipment, tools and machines to meet anticipated LP demands of dependent users during fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted under single stage two envelope process in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 and relevant procurement guidelines. The tender is open to all eligible manufacturers, authorised agents, distributors, suppliers and contractor firms. Tender documents are available for inspection at the Local Purchase Office of CMT & SD Golra during working hours between 0800 to 1600 hours and may be purchased for Rs. 5,000 in cash (non-refundable). The procurement location is Rawalpindi, Punjab, and the scope covers ground support equipment and machine tools for defence aviation operations.
Bidders must demonstrate registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Excise & Taxation Departments, maintain active status on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and hold registration with Directorate General Defence Procurement (DGDP), Directorate General Procurement Army (DGP-A), relevant Ordnance Depots of Pakistan Army, CAF or Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for supply of stores. Bid Security of Rs. 250,000 must accompany each tender in the form of a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt). Submission of Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Bid Security and complete Bidder's Eligibility and Profile Documents in prescribed manner is mandatory; failure to comply will result in outright rejection.
Sealed tenders must be deposited in the tender box at Main Gate of CMT & SD Golra on or before 10 September 2026 until 1030 hours. Tenders will be opened at CMT & SD Golra on 10 September 2026 at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend. Late tenders will be rejected and returned unopened. Quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and transportation charges, valid until 30 June 2027, and bidders will be bound to accept purchase orders at quoted rates regardless of market factors. The purchaser reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the offer or completely reject the tender without explaining reasons.
